Precise, reliable, and easy to use, PointPerfect is a PPP-RTK GNSS correction data service that delivers centimeter-level accuracy in seconds on a continental scale. With 99.9% uptime availability via both internet and L-band satellite, you can rely on PointPerfect for mission-critical applications. Reduce your data cost significantly with the efficient SPARTN open data format and the scalable, simple-to-integrate MQTT messaging protocol.
NTRIP delivery is also available for customers already using this protocol. The localized distribution stream of PointPerfect can significantly reduce user data costs, as it uses 30% of the bandwidth of the continental data stream. Zero Touch Provisioning makes it easy to deploy huge device fleets, eliminating the headaches of managing digital certificates.

PointPerfect is ready to use because it is already pre- integrated with u-blox F9 and D9 high precision GNSS modules. Our industry-leading high precision multi-band GNSS receiver modules and connectivity hardware can now work seamlessly in combination with our PPP-RTK GNSS correction services to provide a one-stop-shop solution from silicon-to-cloud.

Non-native SPARTN receivers are supported by the PointPerfect SDK. Without an automated mechanism, the provisioning process involves installing the device credentials at manufacturing. This process is tedious and can slow down the production line, increasing manufacturing costs. Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) makes it easy to deploy huge device fleets, eliminating the headaches of managing digital certificates. ZTP enables devices to provision themselves automatically in the field, the first time they access PointPerfect.

Embedded in u-blox 2G, 3G, LPWA and LTE Cat-1 modules

CellLocate is fully integrated into u-blox GSM/GPRS, HSPA/UMTS, and LTE cellular modules and works in parallel with normal module functionality. The technology enables stand-alone location data based on surrounding mobile network information as well as hybrid technology that works in conjunction with GNSS. Through the single AT command interface, it is possible to define all the location settings for optimized performance.
 

Solution works independent of network operator​s 

It is a clever strategy to take advantage of the location attributes available via mobile networks to overcome the challenges of poor or absent GNSS. At the same time, this should not create vulnerable dependencies on the network operators themselves. Cellular networks evolve continuously, with changes made by network operators during network maintenance, to add capacity and spectrum, or even evolutionary advancements to infrastructure. Despite this, CellLocate delivers best-in-class performance by leveraging location attributes belonging to both the serving cell network and the cells of other network operators, working equally well in both cases. This provides a robustness against network changes, as well as multiplicity in the number of cells observed.

Supporting 2G, 3G, LTE, and LTE-M, MQTT Anywhere can be used within any type of IoT device to send and receive MQTT-SN (MQTT for sensor networks) messages using either USSD or UDP protocols as a transport mechanism.
MQTT Anywhere secures your IoT communications. Because our systems are directly integrated into the core of our partner cellular networks, we can authenticate devices via the hardware IoT SIM card, ensuring that your traffic is never exposed to the public internet.

Device payloads can be enriched and transformed using the Data Flow Manager within u-blox Thingstream, which also provides integration with virtually any 3rd party enterprise system or IoT platform.

Messages are sent via u-blox’s cellular IoT communication service, MQTT Anywhere.

The MQTT Anywhere IoT SIM comes in the standard three form factors, for easy integration in any IoT device.
Once you have the MQTT Anywhere IoT SIM, you can integrate your application with the Thingstream SDK to enable your own devices to start working with Thingstream. You can download an appropriate build for your MCU from within the Thingstream platform.
